Terms of Use

Full payment is required to confirm your reservation, deposit only secures the date.
The total time booked must include time for setup, your event, and cleanup. Additional time before or after your reserved slot will require an extended booking at the standard hourly rate.
All private event bookings to pay a $100 refundable cleaning deposit at the time of booking. (Separate pay link will be sent after security deposit)
All decorations must be removed at the end of your event.
No nails, staples, or adhesives allowed on walls, ceilings, or fixtures without prior approval.
Alcohol consumption must comply with local laws and any permit requirements.
Smoking or hookahs is not permitted inside the venue.
You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests during your rental period.
We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
